Applicants must submit:
- a curriculum vitae
- a signed letter of support from your Dean or Department Chair
- a Personal Statement describing your research and career interests
and how this course will benefit them (maximum 2 pages).
Applications must be received no later than
May 9, 2005.

The Summer Institute Planning Committee will select participants
and notify them by the third week in May.

Number of Participants: 50 Maximum
Costs
Participants pay for their own travel to and
from the Summer Institute. There are no additional fees—room
and board and study materials will be covered. For those that require
assistance with travel costs a signed letter/justification from
the Dean or Department Chair must be submitted to be considered
for the limited number of waivers for travel costs.
