While OBSSR will cover the travel and living expenses of participants, these costs for guests of participants (e.g., spouses, children) will not be covered. The spouse rate is $100/person/day. This rate includes a guestroom shared with the meeting participant, 3 meals and use of Airlies facilities. Arlie always tries to assign couples to a double-occupancy room, one with (2) double beds instead of (1) double bed. Children under 12 are free, and the rate for children 12-18 is $25 per day. Children over 18 are charged at the "spousal rate" of $100 per day.

If there are more than 2 occupants per room, someone will need to share a double bed with someone else. The maximum number of occupants per room is 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 16 must stay in a room with an adult.

Please note that there are no special accommodations for children at Airlie; there are no: lifeguards at pools, cribs, rollaway beds, high-chairs/booster seats, childrens menus, on-site baby-sitting. Children should be supervised at all times by an adult family member. Recreation activities are geared more toward adults but some may be enjoyed by children - with supervision. Biking, fishing, tennis, walking jogging and swimming are options. Please do not contact Airlie House about childcare arrangements or activities until after we have notified you of your acceptance into the summer training institute.

After OBSSR announces your selection to participate in the RCT Course, please be sure to notify the OBSSR of your housing needs so that we assign rooms accordingly. Instructions will be included with the notification.
