Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research Promoting Diversity Through Mentoring Linking Behavioral and Social Science Through The Web

Institute Coordinators

Principal Investigators interested in mentoring underrepresented applicants in behavioral and social sciences research may apply for a supplement to their current award. The NIH Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research program provide support for underrepresented populations at the high school to junior faculty level. Institutes support the Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research program to the degree that funding is available. If funding is not immediately available for a supplement, other avenues of collaboration or mentorship may be pursued.
