Training for Peer Review at the NIH

Annually since 2002 OBSSR has sponsored the Center for Scientific Review’s (CSR) NIH Peer Review Orientation Workshop. The primary goal is to provide new and returning reviewers with guidance on how to conduct peer reviews of grant applications, especially those involving the behavioral and social sciences, in the context of team-science and the changes to grant application forms and peer review policies.
